All registration fees include $10 worth of our Fall Cash Raffle Tickets.
Each player will receive 5 tickets that you may either resell and turn in with the buyer’s name on them, or keep the tickets for yourself and submit with your name. Additional Tickets to sell will be available from Amanda Carr.

Roster spots are guaranteed until June 10th.
URSL players U10-U14 will be required to attend at least one of the following evaluation dates for their age group. If you are not able to attend, please email fskjreagle[email protected] to set up an alternative time to be evaluated.
U10- June 27th & July 10th
U12- June 28th & July 11th
U14- June 29th & July 12th
Teams will be formed based on registration numbers and evaluations and will be co-ed or all boy/girl, depending on numbers and availability.
In-House U4 Clinic (3-year old’s) Cost $50
Clinic will be an in-house instructional only program, for children 3 yrs. old, meeting
once a week during the season. Players will receive a jersey shirt and soccer socks.
In-House U6 (Pre-K & Kindergarten) Cost $65
The U6 program is for children in grades Pre-K & Kindergarten. This group will
participate in several weeks of practice before holding a few scrimmages towards the
end of the season. Players will receive a jersey shirt and soccer socks.
In-House U8 (1st & 2nd Grades) Cost $85
The U8 program is for children in 1st or 2nd grade. This group will participate in weekly practice and weekly games once the season begins. Players in this age group will receive a jersey with shorts and soccer socks.
URSL U10-U14 and High School Cost $140
URSL divisions will practice in Taneytown with games in Taneytown and the Frederick/Carroll County area.
The URSL age divisions are as follows:
U10- 3rd & 4th Grade
U12- 5th & 6th Grade
U14- 7th & 8th Grade
High School- 9th-12th Grade
(High School is waitlist only- we will place players on a team if we have enough interest)
Waitlists are on a first come first serve basis. When pulled from the waitlist you must pay registration fees before placement on a team.
All registrations will be completed using our online registration system. Payment can be made by credit card online. If you must pay by cash or check please contact us at [email protected].
If you are not paid in full by the start of the season, you will not receive a uniform.

Fall 2023 Refund Policy:
Full refunds for cancellation may be issued until registration is closed.
After registration closes, there is a 50% refund policy.
No refunds will be issued after July 30th.
Exceptions may be made on a refund after July 30th on a case-by-case basis to be determined by the board.
